Congratulations to the Farmington FFA Parliamentary Procedure Team who received 1st place at the Section 12 Parliamentary Procedure on January 23, 2012.  Courtney Thomas received 1st place Chairperson and Gracia Ramp received 1st place Secretary.  Floor members were Gracia Ramp - 1st place floor member, Zach Benson - 2nd place,  Josh Harding - 3rd place,  Megan Tusek - 4th place and Maggie Eberley 6th place floor member.  The Parli pro team will now advance to District III competition on February 15th.  Great Job!

 

Also congratulations to Josh Harding who received Top Individual at the Section 12 Job Interview Career Development Event last night.  There were over 15 FFA members competing from 5 different schools.  Josh will compete at the State Job Interview CDE on February 11th at WIU in Macomb.  Excellent Job Josh!

Jeremiah Miller has been selected the January Senior of the Month. The nomination form stated that Miah always participates in class and responds to questions in a well thought out manner. He is very respectful to the faculty and other students. He is a member of Spanish Club, National Honor Society, Student Senate and History Club. Miah is currently tutoring several students in History, Geometry, English and Science. Congratulations Miah!
